H. R. (Dick) Weinreich passed away at home surrounded by family on August 10, 2010.

Dick was born on August 8, 1933 in Minneapolis, MN to Harold and Betty Weinreich. He married Beverly Holmberg in 1951 and they had five children, Steve (Donna) of Sheboygan, WI, Bruce (Renee) of St. Louis Park, MN, Kathy Perry of Lindstrom, MN, Chris (April) of Wahkon, MN, and Mark (Katrina) of Eagan, MN. He married Nancy (Nelson) Reynolds on November 23, 1986. This union added two more children to the family, Kevin (Laura) of Isanti, MN and Jacob (Melissa) of Mora, MN.

He worked hard supporting his family as a butter maker, and managed several creamery operations. He went into business for himself, purchasing the Chisago Lakes Dairy in Lindstrom, in 1966. He operated the family business for over 30 years bottling dairy products and then juice products, as the business became O-Jay Juice Company. He eventually sold the business and retired to Arizona. He enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, golf and especially his family. He also had a deep faith in his Lord.

He is survived by wife Nancy, mother Betty Weinreich of Fridley, MN; sisters Barbara (Seth) of Findlay, OH, Jeanne (Dan) Baker of Anoka, MN; brothers William (Helga) Weinreich of Stanchfield, MN, David Weinreich of Katy, TX; 15 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Harold Weinreich, his grandparents, and grandson Luke Weinreich.

Funeral service 11 a.m., Saturday, August 14, 2010 at St. Gregory Catholic Church, in North Branch, MN. Visitation starts at 9:30 prior to the service at church.
