Ardeth L. Smith of Chisago City died peacefully Thursday, Nov. 25 at Birchwood Healthcare at the age of 95. Ardeth was born January 21, 1915 in Chisago City, to Theodore and Lillie Jonason.

Ardeth was preceded in death by her parents Theodore and Lillian, husbands Bill Alsen and Ambrose Smith, brothers Warren and Maynard Jonason, and sister Lorraine Coley. She is survived by her sister Betty Gottwalt, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services Tuesday, Nov. 30 at Zion Lutheran Church with Rev. Mike Peterson, officiating. Interment in the South Green Lake Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church 28005 Old Towne Rd. Chisago City, MN 55013 Condolences may be left at www.grandstrandfh.com.
