Sandra K. Dreyer (Brooks), of Shingle Springs, California died Saturday, November 20, 2010 in California at Marshall Medical Center after a short fight against respiratory disease. Her family members were at her side.

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, April 11, 1943, to William and Evelyn Brooks, Sandra was a second generation book keeper who also owned her own boutique business. Sandra was a lifelong seamstress, making clothes and costumes for family and friends alike. She opened her home to many people, taking care of grandchildren, nephews and foster children after she had raised her own children. She chose to live out her days in Northern California because she loved the people, the scenery and the animals.

Sandra is survived by her children Monte, Jeffrey, Robert, Suzanne, Brad and Scott; her sister Patricia; her grandchildren Ashley, Michael, Jacob, Dyane, Monte Jr. and Samantha; her nieces and nephews Lori, Linda, Todd, Lonnie, Wes, Lonny, Tony and Annie

No funeral service will be held.
