Beth E. Johnson, passed away January 18, 2010 in McAllen, Texas at the age of 68.

Beth was born September 30, 1941 in Minneapolis, MN to parents Guy and Iona Longnecker.

She graduated from Taylors Falls School in 1959 and went to the Minneapolis School of Business.

Beth was married to James Johnson at Taylors Falls Methodist Church on April 8, 1961, and had worked at Hazelden Foundation, retiring in 2007. Beth enjoyed traveling and her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband James, sons Joseph (Sue) Johnson of Witchita Falls, Texas; Steven (Tammy) Johnson of Center City; one grandson John, brothers Delbert, Raymond, and Gordon, sisters Yvonne McKenzie and Joyce Schrock and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, at Taylors Falls United Methodist Church.

Visitation 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom.

Private family interment.
