Germaine A. Schulte, age 80, of Lindstrom passed away March 16, 2010.

"Gee" was born July 3, 1929 to parents Emil and Adeline (Marier) Lencowski and grew up in South St. Paul. She was a sister to Eleanor, Betty, Donald and Joyce and she loved them dearly. Germaine loved to ice skate, swim and take walks with her sisters, brothers and friends during her childhood.

She married Edward Schulte on June 2, 1951 and moved out to the country where she raised 10 children on a dairy farm with Ed. Their first farm was near Withrow, MN and then in 1970 they moved to Lindstrom to continue farming until they retired in 1994. Germaine and Ed were married for 54 years.

Germaine had unconditional love for her family. She was a lot of fun and loved to spend time with her 10 children, 25 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Germaine is preceded in death by her husband Edward, her son John, her infant son, her granddaughter Gabrielle, and her great-grandson Corey.

She is survived by her children Tom, Ann (Tom), Jean (Nick), Jim, Carol, Ted (Teresa), Ken (Amy), Cindy (Joe), Amy (Bruce); 25 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial was Friday, March 19, 2010 at St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church in Lindstrom.

Interment at Fairview Cemetery in Lindstrom.
