FFA students from Chisago Lakes High School have been competing regionally in 13 different career development events vying for a spot at state competition, 19 of those students earned a trip to State Competition in St. Paul which took place the end of April. Results of the state team competition are: Dairy Cattle Evaluation-Silver Rating, Sara Sontag, Teresa Sandberg, Bobby Sontag, & Casey Sandberg, Poultry CDE-Silver Rating, Erin Hawkinson, Maria Harald, Justin Goodroad, Courtney Dale, Horse CDE -Bronze Rating, Stephanie Keenan, Dana Bentfield, Drew Trippler, Kaila Houle, Fish & Wildlife CDE - Silver Rating, Jake Goodroad, Shelly Dominik, Dylan Hoyt, Soils CDE - Ashlynn Hartung Individual Silver Rating.

Individual gold ratings at State FFA competition included Dylan Hoyt-Fish & Wildlife, Teresa Sandberg-Dairy Cattle Evaluation, Justin Goodroad-Poultry, and Drew Trippler-Horse.
