She was born on July 19, 1918 in Scandia, Minnesota and lived 65 years on the farm with the round barn, in Chisago Lake Township.
She is preceded in death by her husband Warren; daughter-in-law Chong Sook; sisters Edith, Ruth, and Selma. Alice is survived by children Charles, Gary, Gaylon (Stephanie), and Adrienne (Monty) Notts; nine grandchildren Alice Kaminsky, Angie King, Jeff Bearhart, Joye Stoor, Nick Moody, Carl Moody, Philip Moody, Teresa Moody, and Ted Notts; eight great grandchildren; and sisters Hazel Reeb and Laverne Coverdale.
Funeral Service 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Parmly LifePointes Chapel in Chisago City. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Interment at South Green Lake Cemetery in Chisago City.
