Vic Spadaccini, camp director said, "This is a physically demanding and mentally challenging camp. The coaches take this award very seriously. Cassedy was competing with athletes from around the world. She made a strong impression on the coaches the very first morning. She earned the award with her hard work, excellent court communication skills, great attitude, and good technical skills."
S.P.I.K.E. Performance Camps is one of the premier girls volleyball camps in the Midwest. Athletes from Japan, Kenya, Belgium, Spain and other countries have attended. Among the eighteen coaches from around the country who worked the camp, five are collegiate head coaches and three are collegiate assistant coaches. Former professional players, collegiate players, or high school coaches assist the court head coaches. The camp has sessions for players of all levels, from experienced beginners to collegiate-bound just-graduated seniors.
Cassedy is the daughter of Kelly and Brad Coleman of North Branch.
