The annual Tee Up for Hospice golf tournament has raised close to $250,000 to support hospice services in the last 23 years. Proceeds of the annual golf benefit help support hospice services provided by Fairview Lakes HomeCaring & Hospice and go to Camp Triumph, a locally held weekend camp for grieving children.

Corporate sponsors of this year's event, held Aug. 15 at Chisago Lakes Golf Course in Lindstrom, included Plastic Products Company and Zinpro. Major sponsors are Wally Carlson & Sons BP and Fairview Lakes Medical Center. Many other local businesses sponsor holes, events and donate prizes.

Winning trophies this year were:

Men's Division (front nine)-First place, five under with five birdies: Craig Severson, Jake Bump, Rob Zemke, Charlie Davidson and Dave Skinner; Second place, three under, a four-person team of Dan Anderson, Bryan Gaffy, Dave Milbrandt and Terry Kopp.
