John H. Pepin
John was born September 10, 1953 in Forest Lake to Wayne and Bernice Pepin. He graduated from Forest Lake High School in 1972. In 1975 he married Cheryl Hanson at Elim Lutheran Church in Scandia. He worked as an electrician and other positions in manufacturing. In his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and carried the family tradition of playing Santa Claus for the third generation.
John was preceded in death by his parents, brother James, and sister MaryJo.
He is survived by his daughter Mary (Nathan Roush of Osceola, Ben of Minnesota, Beau of Florida, grandchildren Tyler, Austin Roush, Elijah, Lachlan Pepin, brothers Robert of Minneapolis, Wayne (Carrie) of Wyoming, MN., Thomas (Rena) of Wyoming, MN., Peter (Rondi) of Forest Lake, MN., sisters Char (Monty) Montegut of Louisiana, Cindy (Pat) Dulac of Washington, Denise (Niel) Meierhofer of Belgrade, MN., Teresa (Larry) Frandle of Arizona, Jeanne (Dan) Long of Wyoming, MN., Michele (Dave) Schultz of Houlton, WI., Carrie (Jim) Jorgenson of North Branch, mother of his children Cheryl Burger of Lindstrom, special friend Leslee Kanan, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service 11 a.m. Thursday Dec. 22 Chisago Lake Lutheran Church in Center City with Pastor Paul Lindbloom, officiating. Condolences may be left at www.grandstrandfh.com.
