She will be dearly missed by many people including her surviving children; Charlotte Reding, Lenora Davis, and Billy Sabrsula; also her two sisters Barbara Thatcher and Linda Kyabu and many other family and friends. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
Mary was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. She lived there with her parents until she moved away when she was 20 years old and married Marvin Sabrsula in 1963. Mary and Marvin lived in Texas and had their first child Lenora where they lived for a short time before heading out to California and then had their second daughter Charlotte. They lived in California for 10 years and then moved to the state of Wyoming where their son Billy was born in 1977. They lived there for a short time before moving back to Texas in 1984 where they would live until Mary's husband passed away in 1994.
Mary moved in 1995 to live with her daughter Lenora and their children happily for several years until 1997 when she decided to move out to Minnesota to live with her daughter Charlotte and their family. Mary was a housewife most of her life, wanting to take care of her family and did not like to drive much. She lived the rest of her days in Minnesota happy with her daughter Char. Her son Billy also lived in Minnesota.
Mary was diagnosed with cancer in the summer of 2010 and after a short treatment lost that battle, where she passed peacefully in her sleep. Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011 at Parmly LifePointes Chapel in Chisago City.
