Congratulations to the eighth grade boys traveling basketball team for winning the Consolation Championship at the Spring Lake Park Tournament last weekend. This was a very successful first tournament of the season, despite missing four players due to opening hunting and injury. After dropping the first game to Spring Lake Park by seven, the team rallied back and beat Farmington by seven. After another injury, the team was down to six players for their last game against Roseville, but they were able to pull out the victory, winning by 11.
