Beatrice L. Klinke, of Shafer, died Sunday, October 9 at Comforts of Home in St. Croix Falls, Wisc., at the age of 85.

Bea was born June 23, 1926 at Blackduck, MN to Avery and Blanche Levens. She graduated from Osceola High School. On August 20, 1955 she married Carlyle Klinke in southern Minnesota. She was a homemaker all of her life. In her free time she enjoyed sewing, cooking, volunteer work at her church and at the nursing home, was on the Good Samaritan Board, and they did foster care.

Bea was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Clarence Rambow; daughter Jean Klinke; daughter-in-law Jan Rambow; sisters Olive, Greta, Evelyn, Edna, MaryAnn, and brother Clifton. She is survived by her husband Carlyle, sons David Rambow of Shevlin, MN., James of Taylors Falls, daughter Janice Klinke of Blaine, sister Harriet Ebert of Remer, MN, six grandsons, and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services Thursday, Oct. 13 at First Lutheran Church in Taylors Falls. Interment was in the Kahbakong Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.grandstrandfh.com.
