Jude Michael Strand, infant son of Craig and Renee (Ludolph) Strand was born Monday, August 22, 2011 at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Paul and died on Thursday, August 25, 2011 in his mother's arms. Even though he was here a short time he truly touched many lives and we are grateful to God to have had three days with him.

Jude is survived by his parents, Craig and Renee; siblings, Joe, Bailey, Brandi, Thomas, Daniel, Sam, Simon and Jacob. He is also survived by maternal grandparents, Butch and Elaine Ludolph of Forest Lake; maternal grandfather, Leo Strand of Chisago City and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mildred Strand.

Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, at St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church in Lindstrom with Fr. Mark Wehmann officiating. Music will be provided by Jude's aunt, Kim Simon. Visitation will be held one hour prior to mass, at church on Wednesday. Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Forest Lake. Arrangements are by Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom.
