Lowell L. Isaacson

Lowell L. Isaacson, age 80, of Scandia, died unexpectedly July 12, 2012. Preceded in death by his first wife, Lois; brother, Gilbert Jr. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Kathy; children, Greg (Jan), Chris (Lyn), Matthew (Shannon); stepchildren, Debbie Melin, Becky (Bob) Lehner, Lynette (Jeff) Fusco, Linda (Tom) Capra; grandchildren, Scott, Jeff, Ashlyn, and Alyssa Isaacson; 12 step- grandchildren; six step-great grandchildren; many special friends and relatives. Lowell served in the US Army 1955-1957, and worked for Northwestern Bell (US West) for 32 years. He was an avid fisherman, charter member of the Scandia Marine Lions, and lifelong member of Elim Lutheran Church. Funeral Service 11 a.m., Monday, July 16, 2012 at Elim Lutheran Church, 20971 Olinda Trail N., Scandia. Visitation Sunday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, and one hour prior to service at church. Interment at Elim Lutheran Cemetery.
