Due to the bitter cold, Zion Evangelical Church will not be open today, Monday, January 6. All day and evening activities, including community meals, have been cancelled. Also, Curious George's appearance at the Chisago Lakes Area Library in Chisago City scheduled for 4 p.m. today is cancelled.

Both Chisago Lakes and North Branch School District's will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 7 due to the continuing cold.
