Harvey Winton Lindgren, age 87 of Chisago City, formerly of Scandia, Minnesota, died peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2014.

He was a Member of Teamster 120.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Selma Lindgren.  He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Janet; children, Bonnie Lindgren, Kermit (Beverly) Lindgren, Grace (Saul) Carbajal, Michele Lindgren, Kevin (Carmen) Lindgren; step-children, Donald (Ruth Ann) Benson, Deborah (Timothy) Harris, Darryn (Patrick) Schmidt, Dori Benson; 16  precious grandchildren; 16 precious great-grandchildren; siblings, Nathalie (Bennie) Carlson, Dean Lindgren, Diane (David) Chester; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Services at 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 22, 2014 at Elim Lutheran Church,  20971 Olinda Trail North, Scandia.  Visitation will be 2-5 p.m., Sunday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.  Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
