Predeceased by his parents, Bill and Jane, and his special Gram, Rosie.
Survived by Kimberly, his beloved wife, valentine, best friend and business partner of 40 years; awesome sons Zac (Jami), and Eric (Stacy); totally cool grandsons James and William; special brother Bryan (Michelle); and many other wonderful family and friends, particularly Steve and Jim, pit crew/support team extraordinaire.
Scott had 40 successful years in real estate as a broker, appraiser, consultant, and owner of the Chain of Lakes Real Estate group in Lindstrom since 1988, affiliated with Keller Williams for the past seven years. He was a mentor to many, and a calm presence in the tsunami that is real estate. Clients became friends, and many became like a member of the family. His hobbies and interests were varied and exciting, from building and racing super stock race cars, to fishing, hunting, kayaking and much more. His love and zest for life were infectious, and he didn't waste a second of it. His sons, and now his grandsons, too, made him burst with pride.
A gathering to celebrate his well-lived life will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom. Condolences may be expressed online at www.grandstrandfh.com
