Dolores was born on July 4, 1924 in Amery, Wisconsin to parents Harvey and Clara (Weller) Jones. She was raised, and attended school, in Amery. June 12, 1944 she married Willard E. Hall and made their home in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. She spent several years enjoying her work at “The Lagoon Supper Club” on Deer Lake with Ray Rogers and friends. She was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Taylors Falls. In 2007 she became a resident of The Comforts of Home where she made new friends and acquaintances and received support to live her final years peacefully.
Dolores is preceded in death by her husband Willard in 1985; sister Betty Chinander; son Randy Hall and grandson Todd R. Hall. She is survived by her sisters, Marcia (Paul) Aumer of North Branch, Minnesota and Darlene (Ken) DeNucci of Rice Lake, Wisconsin; her children, Meribeth Hall of New York City; Becky (George) Runger of Tucson, AZ; Todd W. (Pam) Hall of Lake Elmo and Krisa (Glenn) Carlson of Lindstrom; her grandchildren, Rona Hedrick, Lori (Scott) Parks, Chad (Kim) Hall, Elisa, George and Taylor Runger, Zach and Zoey Carlson, as well as many loving great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, friends and relatives.
Mass of Christian Burial was Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at St.Joseph Catholic Church in Taylors Falls with Fr. Frank Wampach officiating. Serving as soloist was Jon Ekstrom. Visitation was held one hour prior to mass at church. Interment followed the service at Amery Cemetery in Amery, Wisconsin. Serving as casket bearers were Chris Chinander, Gregory Johnson, Gene Luden, Ken DeNucci, Paul Aumer and Gary Dusbabek.
