Frank J. Wiecher, 98, of Chisago City, passed away Feb 27, 2017.  He is survived by daughter Cheri (Kevin) Peterson and son Frank; grandchildren, Kyle (Sieg-linde) and Troy; great grandchildren Tasman and Isla.

Frank was born Dec. 18, 1918 in St. Paul, Minnesota and worked for 3M for 42 years until his retirement in 1981.  While at 3M he met his wife of 54 years, Maxine, who preceded him in death.  
Frank enjoyed golfing, boating, watching sports and spending winters in Florida throughout much of his retirement.   He was active in numerous clubs both within 3M and in his personal life.  Frank enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
