CITY OF STACY SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-9-12
Ordinance No. 2024-9-12 adds Chapter 153, Section 153.173 to the Stacy City Code. The new ordinance allows rural retail tourism businesses with a conditional or interim use permit in accordance with specified standards. The ordinance also repeals Lent Township Code Section 7.25 regarding Rural Retail Tourism Business in its entirety.

Ordinance No. 2024-9-11 adds Chapter 153, Section 153.172 to the Stacy City Code. The new ordinance permits recreational camping areas as a conditional use in accordance with specified standards. The ordinance also repeals Lent Township Code Section 7.20 regarding Recreational Camping Areas in its entirety.

North Branch to offer administrator post to city of Crosby administrator
Interviews of finalists for the position of city administrator for North Branch were held Sept 26 and resulted in council agreeing to offer the job to the current Crosby MN city administrator, Matthew Hill. Crosby is in Crow Wing County and has a population of about 2,300.
