Taylors Falls Elementary fifth grade teacher Neva Noyd was surprised last week at school as she was presented with a certificate of appreciation, a $100 gift card and a polo shirt in recognition of being chosen as the regional Wal Mart Teacher of the Year.

Students of Excellence recipients include two CLHS students

Chisago Lakes High School seniors David Carlson and Ryan Germain were among 167 seniors to receive awards during the Students of Excellence Banquet and Recognition Ceremony at Resource Training & Solutions in St. Cloud.
