A male driver appears to have been killed in a single car crash in Nessel Township on Rush Point Drive.  Sheriff’s investigators report the man is identified as 27 year old Ethan Dawson of Rosemount.  He was alone in his car.

Authorities got a call about 4 p.m. Thursday April 3 that a car hit a pole, just off eastbound Rush Point Drive near Dogwood.  

Lakes Region EMS also went to the scene.

It appeared, according to witnesses, that the car was traveling at a high speed and missed the curve striking the utility pole.
