August 18 A report of a driver of a parade vehicle in Ki Chi Saga Days experienced a seizure. The nearby Lakes Area Police responded and found the subject unresponsive and semi-conscious. They were transported to Fairview Lakes.

A couple of injury incidents were reported during the triathlon event last weekend. Bike riders crashed on Lofton Avenue and on Wild Mountain Road— resulting in at least two athletes being transported, with Lakes Area Police and sheriff patrol involved at scenes.
