Beautiful Memorial Day services

Thank you so much to the local Veterans for doing such a great job with all the Memorial Day events at our local cemeteries. I attended some and the crowd numbers were good. It helps when Mother Nature cooperates. It was a beautiful weekend and the services were fantastic.

North Branch okays Flock license plate readers on split vote

The North Branch City Council split 3-2 on approving the use of automated license plate readers and contracting with equipment and service provider Flock for $3,000 per camera for seven devices at various well-travelled routes.
