St. Croix River fall victim identified

The Chisago County Sheriff’s Office has identified the person who fell into the St. Croix River Tuesday. Search crews had halted the recovery effort late Tuesday and returned Wednesday morning. The missing individual is identified as 18-year-old D'Andrea Sanvig, of Luck, Wisconsin.
