January 28 Lakes Area Police responded to a call that a snowmobile was on fire on South Lindstrom Lake near the channel and assisted a deputy already on-scene. Lindstrom Fire also sent a crew. Incident reported about 4:45 p.m.

Chisago City firefighters helped at the scene of a utility vehicle fire that damaged a garage and siding at an address on 243rd Street about noon. The vehicle’s battery was being charged when the fire started. No injuries reported.
